Junior recital at piano

Andrew Mason is a musician from Norfolk, Massachusetts. From a young age Andrew has always shown extreme passion for music, and at just four years old he began taking piano lesson. From there Andrew’s interest in music only grew. In the coming years he would become a multi-talented musician who would go on to become not just an exceptional pianist but an exceptional brass player as well. At the age of 14, Andrew started studying piano with Tara Gray a graduate from both Juilliard and London’s Royal School of Music. With Tara, Andrew expanded his piano playing into the classical realm and really grew as a pianist. As a student of hers, Andrew performed for several years in the New England Piano Teachers Association recitals in 2011 and 2013. His sophomore year of high school he was accepted into the highly prestigious Interlochen Center for the Arts summer music program where he was just one of fifty selected from all of the piano applicants.
